U2 and Green Day Record “The Saints Are Coming” For The City of New Orleans

2006 – Preparing for the re-opening of the Louisianna Superdome after the horrific Hurricane Katrina disaster.  U2 and Green Day performed “The Saints Are Coming” in a remarkable show of celebration for the city of New Orleans and as the half-time show for when the New Orleans Saints first played in the Superdome after the hurricane.
